A Non-Governmental Organization that supports basic human needs and rights for individuals through confidentially providing various resources such as arbitration and mediation, financial support and intellectual support.  C4C also serves to expand awareness of abuse and education on the types of abuse and support available to victims of abuse.

C4C also works to raise awareness of the positive effects of collaboration, and the aspects of healthy collectivism versus self-destructive individualism in cultures around the globe.

C4C, with cultural awareness, sensitivity, understanding and respect, also provides basic necessities to her clients.  C4C provides a safe harbor.
